The year 2009 was a watershed year in the life of the company, as we wanted to expand our previous trading activity with the production of products. Accordingly, in 2009 we started a multi-level investment.
Manufactured products are produced on two separate lines: one is wet technology production, the other is dry process production.
We started wet production in 2011. On this production line, we produce Stabillime Milk® products with different technologies. The production technology is self-developed, unique, thanks to which we produce a so-called new generation of slaked lime, of a quality unique in Hungary.
The stable milk of lime thanks to its special manufacturing technology
- almost floats in the water,
- less prone to sedimentation,
- easy to stir after sedimentation during prolonged standing,
- It forms a stable suspension with water. Hence the name of the product.
Stable lime milk® products are distinguished according to their use.
- TabULA limewashpaint is a lime paint that is completely environmentally friendly, does not contain additives and provides a pleasant living environment.
- Calcis Antiqua is natural slaked lime suitable for restoration purposes with a set-aside cycle of 3 months, 1 year, 3 years and 6 years respectively. Aqua Calcis is lime water that is saturated with calcium hydroxide
- Technical stable lime milk®, suitable for pH adjustment of industrial waters, acid neutralization, technical use. It is the only product among stable lime milks that also has an antifreeze type.
- Agrolime milk, which is a chemical-free agricultural fungicide, a solution against netric bark cancer and other pathogens that cause woody diseases
- Sterile lime milk, which is a bactericidal and fungicidal agent of a preventive nature suitable for the disinfection of livestock houses and the inside and outside, as well as for the disinfection of manure and litter and for bathing the feet of livestock
We started dry production in 2010. The mixing of dry materials takes place in our own so-called premix plant, where powder and/or granular materials are mixed in different proportions.
In our factory we produce winter de-icing materials and industrial mixtures under the name SikoSTOP product family.
The SikoSTOP range is an environmentally friendly de-icing family. According to the multi-layered nature of the application, there are several members of the SikoSTOP product family.
