8.1. Right of access
You may request information from Sipőcz Kft. as to whether Sipőcz Kft. processes your personal data. If Sipőcz Kft processes your personal data, you are entitled to access the following information:

(iii) the personal data processed;
(iv) its recipients or prospective recipients;
(v) the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or the criteria used to determine that period;

8.2. Right to rectification
You have the right to request Sipőcz Kft. to correct your inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay.
8.3. Right to erasure
At your request, Sipőcz Kft deletes your personal data without undue delay. Sipőcz Kft will not delete personal data if data processing:
(i) for the purpose of exercising the right to freedom of expression and information,
(ii) for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data applicable to Sipőcz Kft., or for performing a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in Sipőcz Kft.,
(iii) on grounds of public interest in the field of public health,
(iv) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes (where the right to erasure is likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing),
(v) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
In other cases, Sipőcz Kft will delete your personal data without undue delay if
(i) Sipőcz Kft. does not need the personal data for the purpose for which it was collected or processed,
(ii) you object to the processing for reasons related to your particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,
(iii) your personal data have been unlawfully processed,
(iv) Sipőcz Kft or its data processor is obliged to delete personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligation.

You may request Sipőcz Kft. to restrict data processing. In case of restriction of data processing, Sipőcz Kft or its data processor may, with the exception of storing personal data, process it only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
