How to buy?

You can buy in our webshop or at our warehouse. The minimum order amount in our webshop is HUF 25,000 gross. There is no minimum value limit for personal purchases. In the case of personal purchases, you have the opportunity to ask questions and seek professional advice before purchasing. Our colleagues will be happy to help you.

Is it necessary to register to purchase?

There is no registration required for purchase.

How can I save the product in my cart for later payment/purchase?

In order to be able to purchase the product in the basket later, you need to register in the webshop, because after logging into the account, the webshop automatically saves the items in the basket for later.

How can I receive the order?

Orders can be picked up personally at our Nagytarcsa site (2142 Nagytarcsa, Tél str. 4.). If you request it, we can have the product delivered to your home for an appropriate fee.

Where do they deliver?

We offer home delivery services throughout the country.

How much does home delivery cost?

Bruttó 200.000 Forint értékű vásárlás esetén a házhozszállítás térítésmentes. Ez alatti kosárérték alatt a házhozszállítás díja függ a vásárolt termék mennyiségétől, illetve a szállítási címtől. Webáruházas vásárlás esetén, ha házhozszállítást is szeretne, úgy a webáruházban ajánlatot tud kér a fuvardíjra, az AJÁNLATOT KÉREK gombra való kattintással. Ebben az esetben munkatársunk egy kalkulációt készít, amit e-mailben eljuttat Önnek. Az ajánlat alapján el tudja dönteni, hogy igényli a házhozszállítást, vagy inkább személyesen kívánja átvenni rendelését, továbbá az elállás jogával is élhet. (Ez a funkció jelenleg fejelsztés alatt van, tesztüzemmódban működik!)

Can Magyar Posta Zrt. have it delivered? Can I request delivery to a collection point?

Due to the minimum order value, the packaging size and weight of the products exceed the reasonably priced shipping offered by Magyar Posta Zrt., which is specified in a government decree. As a result, transport to the collection point is not possible.

Do you ship abroad?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill orders abroad with home delivery.

How to pay?

In the webshop you can pay by bank transfer or credit card using simplepay. When picking up in person, you can pay by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

Is parking available?

Yes. Our customers can use the guest parking free of charge (2142 Nagytarcsa, Tél str. 4.)
